Crypto Withdrawal Fees
Withdrawal transactions to crypto addresses outside OrangeX generally incur a "Transaction Fee" or "Network Fee". This fee is not paid to OrangeX but to miners or validators responsible for processing the transactions and securing the respective blockchain network.
OrangeX must pay these fees to miners to ensure that transactions are processed. Since transaction fees are dynamic, you will be charged according to the current network conditions. The fee amount is based on an estimate of the network transaction fees and may fluctuate without notice due to many factors, such as network congestion. Please check the most updated fee listed on each withdrawal page.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
There is a minimum amount for each withdrawal request. You can find the current transaction fees and the minimum withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page. However, please note that the minimum withdrawal amount and fees can change without notice due to unforeseeable factors like network congestion.
As shown above, the minimum amount of a single order of the ETH withdrawal is 0.035 ETH, and the transaction fee is 0.02541500 ETH, as of the time of publication of this article.
Please make sure you select the correct network. If the address you want to withdraw to is an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), you must choose the ERC20 option before making the withdrawal. DO NOT choose the option with the lowest fee. You must select the network that is compatible with the withdrawal address. If you choose the wrong network, you will lose your assets.
